What is programme about?

The programme is a series of modules released weekly and aims to give you advice, tips and tools to help you through your grief journey that I found helpful in my own journey through.

Does it matter where I am in my journey?

Whether your journey has been a few months or years doesn’t matter. What matters is that something inside you is saying, “This is what I need now.” That’s your signal. It’s your time.
We each travel through grief on our own unique path at our own pace. There’s no instruction manual, no “correct” timeline, just your way forward, which deserves to be honoured.

What support do we get after the programme if we feel we need it?

You can join my one-to-one coaching programme which where you can have my support directly.

What results am I guaranteed?

I’m going to be sharing all the tools, mindset shifts, and coping strategies I’ve discovered on my own journey through grief. These exact approaches transformed my path forward, and if applied will do the same for you.
However, I can guide you, but I can’t do the healing for you. You’ll need to implement these practices at whatever pace feels right. We are aiming for small steps; they’re sustainable and add up.
Everything you learn during the programme becomes yours to keep. You’ll continue applying these insights long after it ends, building on each small victory and creating your own story moving forward.
